TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE : For all bookings cancelled or postponed or subject to a shorter stay, the hotel must be compensated for its loss of income. Therefore, a deposit is payable on booking and shall not be refunded until the sale agreement has been completed in full. The amount of the deposit must be at least equal to three days’ board. 4-star ranked hotel by prefectoral order on April 26th 2017 (no. H73-019530-002)
MODIFICATION AND/OR CANCELLATION :
Reservations will be considered final after a payment equal to 40% of the total amount of the stay.
· More than 30 days before the arrival of the customer: refund of 50% of the amount paid in instalment
· Less than 30 days before the client’s arrival: no refund.
· No show: the deposit will be lost and the overall value of the stay is due to the hotel as a cancellation fee.
· Shortened stay: for any interruption of the stay before the planned date of departure, the totality of the initially planned stay will be invoiced by the hotel as compensation
